Carea Cream use on clean, dry skin daily. Spread all over for fast-absorbing hydration. Start with a thin layer and add more as needed. Software Update use overnight on clean, dry body skin before moisturizer. Apply a thin layer to the desired treatment area (neck, chest, arms, legs, butt, hips, stomach, etc.), avoiding sensitive or broken skin. To reduce the chance of irritation, apply once a week to start and gradually increase to a maximum of 4 nights per week, if skin can tolerate it. Diligently protect skin from sun exposure while using any retinoids and AHAs in your routine, as skin will be more sensitiveusing a sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher is highly recommended.
