HOW TO USE: Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application. To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set. To use as an eyeshadow follow the eye line, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket. For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly.
